Can I see a sewout of my design?
Yes. Sewouts are complimentary when you digitize your logo with us.

Can I send my own products to be embroidered?
At this time, we are not offering embroidery on customer provided product.

Can you embroider a logo anywhere I want on an item?
We’ve done all kinds of locations and materials. No matter how crazy it might sound, contact us with your ideas and we’ll see what we can do!

Can you personalize my garment?
Yes, we can personalize with names and/or numbers. We ask that you provide an electronic version of your list of names, preferably in Excel, to facilitate production.

I want to have different colors on different shirts. Can you do that?
Absolutely. There is no charge for color changes on your embroidery order unless there are additional thread colors on the same logo.

What is the “set up” process?
“Setting up” artwork for embroidery or printing is a process where our graphics department works with digital design software to make sure your design will be faithfully reproduced by the machines we use. Our experienced team gives the machines the instructions they need to get your order right the first time and keep our turnaround time to a minimum.

What is the largest sewing area for a design?
If your design is taller than it is wide, we can make it 16” tall by 10.5” wide. If your design is wider than it is tall, we can make it 15.5” wide by 10.5” tall.

What is the smallest letter you can make?
We can make letters incredibly small, but we don’t recommend sewing letters less than ¼” high. The quality of the stitching decreases considerably at heights lower than ¼”, particularly on specific fabrics, such as pique and fleece.

What kinds of goods do you embroider on?
We embroider on shirts, jackets, hats, bags, golf bags, pants, and a variety other types of goods. Please contact us with whatever it is you want embroidered!

Can I get a break in cost for Large Orders?
Yes, for large orders over 250 pieces, we offer a discounted price. Contact our team for a free quote.

Can I order more than one logo per garment?
Yes, contact us to determine pricing for more than one logo per garment.

Do you sell Brand Name Items?
Yes, we sell Nike, OGIO, North Face, Carhartt, Eddie Bauer, Red House, Cornerstone and other brand name items. These items cannot be sold without embroidery. Note that decoration on some of these items is restricted and Texas Best Embroidery reserves the right to refuse to decorate an order that doesn’t meet the brand standards of any of these brands. These brand standards include but are not limited to any logo that is obscene, vulgar, advocates or displays violence or illegal activity, and or relates to the firearms and ammunition, tobacco, sex and pornography industries. Texas Best reserves the right to refuse to decorate any order.

How Do I Place an Order with Different Shirt Styles?
If you are using the same design, you can add each item to the cart and specify location for each item, along with the thread colors required. As long as the logo is the same on all of the items, we can combine them for free digitizing and shipping.

How long will it take to create my order?
Our typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days plus shipping. Our turnaround time is an estimate and starts when we have all of the information to complete your order. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. If you must have your order by a certain date, please let us know when you place the order. However, if you need it quickly, we can also handle rush orders in as little as 24 hours. A rush fee may apply. If the order is not approved within 24 hours, it may delay the order.

How Many Do I Have to Order?
You can order one piece to several thousand pieces. However, as long as your order totals at least $150, you can get a free logo digitized (*) and get free shipping. Orders that are below this total will have a one-time charge of $20 for digitizing the logo (*) and shipping is $20. For orders over 250 pieces, we offer a discounted price on each item. Contact our team to get a free quote.
Note: The free or $25 digitizing of a logo applies to a chest or sleeve logo for a shirt or jacket or the front or side of a cap. If you require a full back logo, there will be additional art charges and per piece prices. Contact our team to determine full cost of your order.

Is there a sizing chart on your apparel?
Yes, there is a sizing chart on the spec sheet of each item.

What if I want to re-order the same design?
To make reorders painless for our customers, we keep detailed records of all your prior work, including your logos and designs. So, anytime you decide to have your company apparel redone, all you have to do is call us and tell us what sizes you need.

What is the minimum order?
We have no minimum order! No project is too small! However, there are price breaks for quantity!

When will my order be ready?
Our lead time on embroidery is 7-10 business days. During peak sports seasons or holidays lead times may be up to 2 weeks. To insure that your garments are done when you need them, please plan ahead for these busy times of the year.

Can I get a digital sample prior to placing my order?
Yes, you will get an e-proof prior to place your order.

Can I send you a file by email?
During your order process, you’ll be able to upload a file directly to us through the website.

Can I use one of your logos?
We have some logos on file that are available for use, such as American and Texas flags, Holiday, sports balls, etc. But Texas Best will not share anyone’s logo with another customer without permission.

Can you match Pantone colors?
Depending on the color, we can match it accurately with embroidery threads, but not all Pantone colors are represented among the thread colors. This is due to the limited number of thread colors available from thread manufacturers. We have a system for color matching and we can match your color very closely, but a perfect match is not possible among all Pantone colors. If you would like to see about matching your Pantone color, please contact us.

Can you sew trademarked logos?
Some logos are trademarked and protected, such as most college and professional sports teams. We are not able to sew these logos for you unless you have written authorization from the owner of the trademarked logo to do so.

How Can I Get Help with My Design?
Our customer service team is available to help. Some logos don’t work for embroidery because of small details or text that is too small to embroider cleanly. Some logos can work great for shirts, but don’t work for caps because of the size. Our art team and design consultants can offer a free consultation on your logo to ensure that you achieve your desired results. In the end, if a logo can’t be completed for whatever reason, we will let you know before we start the order and offer a full refund.

What kind of artwork do you need for embroidery?
We can accept JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, PDF, AI, EPS and CDR files to convert into an embroidery file format. Please supply us with the highest quality image possible to ensure maximum accuracy. You can also provide DST files.
